DEALER GUIDANCE ON ISH VOLUMES THROUGH FFB INTERMEDIARIES FOR IRF V6.0

This document provides guidance on how to collect, analyse and categorise Independent Smallholder (ISH) volumes from FFB intermediaries (e.g dealers, co-operatives, agents) using the Traceability to Production Area (TTPA) pathway linked to min. smallholder deforestation (MSD) area, landscape/smallholder initiatives of FFB intermediary engagements.

NB: We remain open to receiving feedback on this document throughout the current year to support the refinement of the next update cycle. All feedback submitted will be consolidated and reviewed in the subsequent year.

Minimal Smallholder Deforestation (MSD) ANALYSIS

This provides a list of refineries created based on public information as well as Transitions, Earthworm Foundation, and Proforest contributions.

This list also indicates the availability of IRF profiles at refinery level (directly linked or available B2B). It is a work in progress and has been based on publicly available information.

i. Press the download button to download the Excel file.
ii. To look for a company’s IRF D&P profile, click “Column J” to find the hyperlink.
iii. The hyperlink will bring you to the website where the companies’ IRF D&P template is documented/found e.g. online reports, traceability webpages, etc.

The Implementation Reporting Framework D&P - V5.8

NOTE: A preview of version 6.0 is available for companies to use for piloting if they would like to do so. The final version 6.0 will be launched in time for reporting on 2025 volumes.

Version 5.8 of the IRF template for No Deforestation and No Peat allows you to produce profiles and define the time period you’re reporting on for 2024 volumes. It also allows you to indicate if the profile has been verified, as well as to extract the profile in PDF.
